Morning Dew (Donk) di Beyoncé: testo e traduzione del nuovo singolo

Beyoncé il prossimo 4 settembre pubblicherà una riedizione di B-Day, il suo secondo album uscito il 4 settembre 2006. Un progetto che vedrà la presenza anche di qualche inedito e il primo è proprio Morning Dew (Donk) che ha fatto uscire a sorpresa ieri, 4 luglio. Il brano, che è una chiara allusione (“dammi quella rugiada del mattino“) ed è stato scritto dalla cantante stessa con Pharrell Williams, The-Dream e Darius Dixon.

L’ultimo suo singolo risale al 2024, II Most Wanted, quarto estratto dall’album Cowboy Carter.

Morning Dew (Donk), riparte l’era B-Day

Con l’album B-Day, Beyoncé conquistò il suo secondo debutto consecutivo al primo posto della classifica Billboard vendendo 541.196 copie nella sola prima settimana di distribuzione. Il successo, come però sappiamo, non si limitò al mercato americano, dato che scalò rapidamente la vetta delle classifiche anche in numerosi Paesi. Fra i singoli estratti dei classiconi di Queen Bee, come Deja-Vu, Irreplaceable e Beautiful Liar.
